Gimi.Media License & Usage Terms

Gimi.Media is an open, global platform built to empower creators and remove creative barriers. This License explains how content on Gimi.Media can be used, shared, and distributed while protecting both creators and users.

Definitions

For clarity throughout this License:

• “Content” refers to any photos, videos, music, sound effects, ringtones, wallpapers, AI-generated or human-created media available on Gimi.Media.
• “Contributor” means any user uploading content to Gimi.Media.

• “Premium Content” refers to content or services offered under paid plans in the future.

• 🚫 Creating a competing or similar service using Gimi.Media content
• 🚫 Implying endorsement by creators or Gimi.Media
• 🚫 Using content for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities
• 🚫 Claiming ownership over content you did not create

Ownership & Rights

Contributors retain full ownership of their content. Gimi.Media does not claim ownership over uploaded content. By uploading, contributors grant Gimi.Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content.

AI Content Policy

Gimi.Media allows AI-generated content under the same license as human-created content, provided that:

• AI content does not infringe copyrights
• Does not impersonate real individuals
• Does not use copyrighted characters or trademarks unlawfully
• Is clearly represented and not misleading

Adult & NSFW Content Policy

Gimi.Media allows limited adult or sensitive content where legally permitted and properly labeled. However, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Content involving minors
• Non-consensual, exploitative or abusive content
• Content promoting violence, hate or illegal activity
• Hidden or misleading adult material

Model, Property & Trademark Disclaimer

Some content may include identifiable people, locations, trademarks, or private property. Gimi.Media does not guarantee that all necessary releases have been obtained. Users are responsible for ensuring lawful use for their specific application.

Content Removal & Reporting

Gimi.Media operates a community-reported moderation system. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion if it violates policies, laws, or community standards. Repeat or severe violations may result in account termination.

Premium & API Usage
